This gives you the ability to securely remote control as well as start/stop/pause your virtual server. You also get access to advanced features including performance monitoring and snapshots.

Virtual Servers created with a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 template will use dynamic memory allocation. This means that the amount of memory you configured will be available to your server when you need it but is dynamically removed when your server isnt using it.

Yes, you are given one free local network for your virtual servers. Additional networks and public IP addresses can be purchased from the control panel.

Yes when you provision a new virtual private server you are automatically assigned a private VLAN which is isolated from all other traffic in our data centre.

All traffic in our data centre is protected by redundant firewalls. By default we open TCP ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) inbound to your first server.

We backup all virtual servers daily and keep 7 days backup history.

Yes we keep daily backups for 7 days. A service fee will apply.

Our control panel provides you with a snapshot feature.

Please note that you are assigned an additional 10% of your servers disk for snapshots. If you exceed this quota your snapshots are automatically deleted to ensure system stability for everyone. This means on a busy server your snapshots may only be available for a short time. You can however purchase additional disk for the purpose of snapshots.

Yes. The resources in our data centre remain allocated to you even when your server is turned off. When you remove a server from the control panel billing will be suspended.
